Zambezi

Every season Zambesi takes its followers another lyrical step on an evolutionary journey. Instantly recognisable but impossible to pigeonhole, influential yet elusive, Zambesi is more of a feeling, a way of dressing.

The leading label, founded by Elisabeth and Neville Findlay in 1979, is proud to possess a consistent, unique signature with one collection flowing into each other as mellifluously as the cloth is draped and cut.

Designer Elisabeth Findlay is inspired by fabrics and for Zambesi womenswear, she works instinctively, taking carefully chosen cloth in unexpected directions. The result: textural contrasts, inventive, exciting constructions and de-constructions, dynamic layering and often, a nod to eclectic, vintage sensibilities. Playful inventiveness meets the label’s singular dark beauty.

Crane Brothers

I started Crane Brothers in 1998. We have always been a boutique business selling Menswear that we have made our selves, by hand, in New Zealand and these days with a little help from our friends in Italy and Great Britain.

Currently we have two stores in New Zealand and have just opened a new one in Sydney.

We love what we do and have spent a lifetime fascinated by the traditional crafts of tailoring, shoe, shirt and tie making. Our interests include, but are not limited to, contemporary art, antiques, jewellery making, watches, typography and stationery.

We like very nice things

Brown & Co.

Taxidermied creatures with their beady eyes and frozen stance cover every surface that isn’t already cluttered with curios like old fashioned fold-up wooden rulers, gold embossed packs of playing cards, or delicious flavoured toothpaste from Florence, Italy.
